Hey LiliBeaners, hope you’ve all been well since last we met! I wanted to pop in tonight to wish you a Happy New Year. I can’t believe it was just a year ago that LiliBean was born! It’s truly been a long year yet it seemed to go by in the blink of an eye. Looking in the rear-view… Read more →
Hideeho LiliBeaners! How‘s everyone doing? I hope Summer is being good to you. So far, so good on this end. July has been a busy month for me. I’ve got a new Squidoo account and new LiliBean’s Love stores on Skreened and Zazzle. I’ve been working on writing and designing (the pic above is one of my new ones) and… Read more →
Hey Lilibeaners! I just published my first Squidoo lens! It’s about living single…check it out here –> Never Been Married
Hope you like it! Be sure to leave comments while you’re there.
Love you guys!
Hey LiliBeaners…happy July!! This is going to be a great month. I can feel it already! To kick the month off, I wanted to share a few things with you all.
First and most importantly, I will no longer be posting my LiliBean updates to my personal Facebook, Twitter and Google+ accounts. To stay up to date on new posts & happenings, you can do one of two things:
- Follow LiliBean on Twitter at @LiliBeanNP
- Subscribe to LiliBean by entering your email address here:
Also, I just signed up for Squidoo today under the username LiliBeanNP. I’ll be writing articles (called lenses out there) on a whole different array of topics. It will be a little different from the posts out here on LiliBean but my plan is to still keep it positive! I’ll be writing on things like single life, travel, animal rescue…basically all the things that are nearest and dearest to my heart. Once I have my profile fully completed, I’ll post a link to it here and you can bookmark if you want for future reference. I’ll also be using @LiliBeanNP to post updates for Squidoo.
Other upcoming new developments will be shops on CafePress and/or Zazzle (and/or a couple other options I’m looking at). These are POD (print on demand) sites where I can upload designs and people can go out and buy them on a variety of products (t-shirts, hats, key chains, mugs, etc.). Again, I will post links when I have the shops up and running and will also be posting regular updates out to @LiliBeanNP.
So, what do you think? Exciting stuff, right?!! I know things have been quiet out here lately but they will be picking up starting this month. Be sure to follow LiliBean on Twitter or subscribe via email so you don’t miss anything!
Until next time LiliBeaners….stay cool…and stay connected!
Hey LiliBeaners! I know I’ve been MIA recently but I’m working on jumping back in with both feet. For today, I’m just going to dip my toes in in honor of my mom’s birthday. As most of you know, my mom passed away last November. Getting through the first year after losing someone you love is always the hardest, especially… Read more →
Most of you know that this site was named after my dog, Lily. And most of you also know that Lily is the center of my world. She is the sweetest, most loving creature that ever walked this earth. Her only goal in life is to please her people (well, that and to eat…A LOT). I was thinking the other… Read more →
Hey LiliBeaners! Me again. I know! So quick!!
I have a “LiliBean Extra! Extra!” to share!
I’ve heard from a few of you who are struggling with decisions and looking for some guidance or wisdom to help get you pointed in the right direction. While you do have to make your own decisions in the end, this website I’m about share will give you food for thought and may help lead you to the right answers.
The website is ToriHartman.com and the link below will take you directly to a free reading page. Tori created a set of cards called the Color Wisdom Cards. Each card represents a different color and each color comes with a fable associated to it. There is always a moral to the story and the reading explains how the moral might apply to your situation.
If you decide to go out and do the free reading, here are a couple tips to help you navigate. When you come to the main screen, you’ll see a bunch of frames that say Think of a question or Pick a card. Once you’ve thought of your question and focused on it for a bit, you can click any one of the links. They all take you to the same place…your color card.
Once you get to your color card, I suggest reading all the different frames. The Inspiration frame will be the one that explains how the moral of the story may pertain to you.
You do have to sign up to get a free reading but it’s an easy sign up process.
Here’s the link (finally!): Free Reading on ToriHartman.com
Hope this helps, LiliBeaners! Have fun with it!
P.S. I do have the actual deck of cards but I’m so lazy that I almost always use the website. The cards are very cool though.
P.P.S. I picked a card out here earlier in the week. It was the first in many months. The card was Penelope and Pickle. When you’re out there, read the meaning behind that card. Amazing, right?
Just For Today by lilibeannp LiliBeaners!!!! Hi. I know. Long time no post. I just haven’t been doing too much profound thinking lately. And the thoughts that have made their way into my head aren’t ready to make their way out yet. I didn’t want you to forget me though so I thought I’d pop in and share this… Read more →
Sweet Spring Daydreams… by lilibeannp “It’s Never Too Late to Live Happily Ever After.” I pinned that on my Pinterest “Inspired!” board a couple days ago and within about 3 minutes, fifty people had re-pinned it. Considering I have only 18 followers and most of them never re-pin anything, I clearly struck a chord. As usual, that set… Read more →
A-ha! So we meet again. I bet you were starting to wonder… I had a special visitor earlier this week who threw my whole schedule off. Who was the visitor, you ask? The Funk. Yes, it’s true. I was laid a little low for a couple days. Just…stuff… You know how that goes. So, I hung out with The Funk… Read more →
